“Technicolor Wind”
I made this piece while taking a Papermaking class at Academy of Art University. I made the pulp for the paper with a mix of two different types of abaca and pieces of cut up orange ribbon. I designed the image on photo editing software (Photoimpression 5) from a picture I took of myself. I printed the picture out on printer paper and used a Prismacolor colorless blender marker to transfer the image onto the paper. I mailed it to Dame’s Portrait Palace in Canada to be a part of their ongoing Mail Art call.

Glory Scarfs by Tru$t Fun!
“Each individual scarf is a mathematically valid fractal, painstakingly created by entering a series of numbers and equations into a computer, creating a potentially infinite variety of form, colour and detail bringing the skill of handcraft into the digital age. This process means each scarf is based upon a completely unique equation and can never be replicated. As in nature, a rare organic creation digitally captured.”

Academy of Art University New York Fashion Week: Print Collaboration RTW Spring 2011
A print of mine was selected to be part of a Print Collaboration for the Academy of Art University fashion show at New York Fashion Week Spring 2011. The print was inspired by whimsical Ghanaian coffins. I designed and silk screened it on black cotton fabric using the discharge technique.
You can see more of my print in the show here
